New Jersey Career Advancement Session February 11, 2020

“Leveraging Generational Strengths: Moving from Colliding to Collaborating”

Today's workforce diversity includes a rich blend of generational expertise which presents opportunities and challenges. Whether it's Gen X, Baby Boomers, or Millennials - they all have their own perspectives, lifestyles, interests, and approaches to their work responsibilities. Tensions can arise and productivity can decline, when it could instead soar!

This workshop is designed for interactive learning and fun as we explore the differences and break down the unconscious biases that keep us from leveraging each other for peak team performance.

You will:
• Become aware of how your thinking affects your communication
• Recognize generational differences to minimize conflict
• Learn how to flex your approach to leverage differences for greater performance and productivity
