§  Previously at Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas for eight years where he was responsible for:

o    Trading and hedging portions of the bank’s mortgage backed securities portfolio;

o    Measuring and adjusting the bank’s interest rate swap portfolio with respect to hedge relationships and potential counterparty risk exposure;

o    Implementing and maintaining hedging strategies using swaps, futures, and forward rate agreements.
