The Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) issued in March 2016 an Accounting Standards Update (ASU) 2016-09, which simplifies certain aspects of accounting for share-based payments to employees. Brett Rhodes will provide an overview of the new standard and explain what entities need to know.
