Maggie Pazian

Maggie Pazian is an internationally accredited specialist in the science of nonverbal communication, behavior and emotion.

She has more than fifteen years of experience coaching and training others in the skills of accurately perceiving and interpreting emotional information. By drawing upon the scientifically validated channels of communication and using the Facial Action Coding System and micro expression analysis, she is able to guide others in the process of becoming more emotionally aware and connected. Enhanced emotional awareness allows for better decision-making, stronger leadership, and more constructive relationships. Maggie is committed to helping leaders grow and evolve in this area.

Maggie launched her career as a consultant in nonverbal behavior while working with Dr. Mark Frank in collaboration with Dr. Paul Ekman, the leading researchers in facial expression, interpersonal communication and behavioral observation. Maggie has led efforts on a variety of research and training projects with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Office of Naval Research, National Science Foundation, the Transportation Security Administration and FLETC. Maggie has equally shared her knowledge through dynamic programs for large corporate organizations and not-for-profit organizations.

Maggie integrates her analytical skills honed by her scientific training and practice with her coaching expertise to help people achieve success. She does this by helping clients recognize their core self, unmask limiting beliefs and modify attitudes and behaviors to build sustainable performance. Maggie is committed to partnering with her clients, using a collaborative style to create a unique and practical coaching experience focused on removing obstacles and achieving results.
