New Jersey Chapter Women's Breakfast - October 22, 2019

Mindfulness in Leadership and Life

To show up at our best in today’s distracted and often over committed world, focus, concentration and mindfulness are the essential skills for success. Those with the ability to slow down, remove distractions, and be present in the moment, report less emotional reactivity, more cognitive flexibility, stress reduction and reduced rumination among other benefits.

Much like physical exercise, the most powerful proof of whether the practices of mindfulness will work is direct experience. We invite you to join us for an experiential workshop on how to strengthen your mindfulness muscle and create a stronger foundation for emotional intelligence that will impact both your professional and personal experience.

FEI NJ Men: Please forward this invite to any qualifying women you know who may be interested in attending.
