CJ is an entrepreneur at his core. He has spent over 22 years owning and running multiple commercial real estate firms as President to Board Member. He is a visionary in this industry and is DMI’s real estate vertical expert. In 2008 he started a separate technology company called Ideas into Apps and commissioned it to develop a platform that automates almost every aspect of the Steps In The Real Estate Process – commonly referred to as the S.I.T.R.E.P. This innovated software, called ePortfolio at the time, can be utilized within many different commercial real estate departments and was the genesis of DMI’s platform Precision Reality™. In 2017, his firm merged with Design Mill, Inc. to create DMI, LLC. His role within DMI is truly an offshoot of his upbringing – commercial brokerage; wherein he is responsible for business introductions in the marketplace to the software, hardware and services DMI offers on a global basis.
