REGULATORY COMPLIANCE USING EMERGING TECH
Discuss compliance, RevRec, Leasing and Inventory Automation through emerging technologies such as Geolocation, the Internet of Things (IoT) and Virtual Reality.  Experience the power of tracking and visualizing an asset in real time for compliance, while also viewing a warehouse in Virtual Reality with real-time data.  Make better financial decisions faster.

This session will be led by CJ Kuehl, Vice President Business Development and David Proctor, Chief Operating Officer for DMI, LLC.

In 2018, DMI received the Intel Innovator of the Year award for the 3rd time in the last four years for its Virtual Reality crop duster simulator as seen here. This product and workflow is set to be commercialized by Intel later this year.  DMI was also awarded a multi-year project consisting of designing, testing and implementing the warehouse of the future utilizing the internet of things (“Iot”) for the largest industrial landlord in the world – over 1B square feet.  Leveraging these hugely successful initiatives, we will share market trends, experiences and pitfalls associated with these emerging technologies (e.g. VR, AR, AI, RPA and IoT) and discuss the wide ranging impact to all C-Suite employees.  Technology doesn’t have to be complicated – as long as you get in front of it!  Our goal with this slated Professional Development session is to ensure that all attendees are educated and empowered with tools and techniques to start vetting these new technologies for “value add” to their respective organizations.
