Matt Dalany is Managing Director with MUFG Union Bank, leading a specialized lending effort that provides capital to equity sponsor portfolio companies, ESOPs and asset-based borrowers throughout the Western United States. Prior to joining Union Bank in 2017, Matt was Managing Director with Verit Advisors, a boutique investment bank, where he advised business owners on becoming ESOPs and consulted with existing employee-owned companies. From 1993 through 2014, Matt held various business origination, portfolio management and credit positions with Bank of America where most recently he was Commercial Banking Credit Products Executive, managing a team of senior lenders and underwriters in West United States. Matt is a graduate of Boston University and resides in Pasadena, California.
