An ESOP is a compelling alternative for business owners when evaluating ownership transition strategies.  This is an objective discussion of ESOPs and will provide a general overview of what they are, how they work and the process by which ESOPs are implemented as well as an examination of situations where they worked well and where they have not.

State Boards of Accountancy have the final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
