Kathy Spearing is the District President for Robert Half for the Wisconsin operations. She previously held the role of President at Brilliant, a Chicago based accounting and finance recruitment firm. Kathy joined Brilliant when the firm was founded in 2009. She was instrumental in growing the accounting and finance consulting practice into an award-winning division. Prior to joining Brilliant, Kathy was a Regional Vice-President for a Robert Half. She was responsible for multiple states which included staffing/consulting practices and direct-hire specialties in accounting, finance, administration, non-clinical health care and information technology. Before joining the recruitment industry, Kathy worked in one of the Big 4 accounting firms and a global marine industry organization in an accounting and audit capacity. She has a dual degree in Accounting and Finance from Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame, Indiana.
