Listed below is important event access information to help make the most out of your event experience. Please be sure to check the links for necessary details.
GETTING TO THE CONFERENCE
- A USC Event Campus Access Pass is required to enter the USC campus at any gate entry point. The pass is linked in the pre-conference infromation email that was sent to all in-person registrants. Attendees must show this confirmation pass, by printed copy or on a phone/tablet to enter campus, in addition to presenting a valid ID. If you did not receive the pass, please email [email protected].
- Driving? Hosted Parking is available at the USC McCarthy Way Structure located at 620 USC McCarthy Way, Los Angeles, CA. Attendees must provide the Guest Service Ambassador or Department of Public Safety Officer at the Guard Gate with the RSVP ID: 383559 and the USC Event Campus Access Pass.
- Walking from the USC Hotel? Upon exiting the hotel, proceed North on Figueroa Boulevard. Cross the street onto campus at USC McCarthy Way (across the street from the Galen Center, adjacent to the beach volleyball courts). A Guest Service Ambassador or Department of Public Safety Officer will be able to assist at the security checkpoint, where all attendees must show the USC Event Campus Access Pass.
- The conference is held at Town and Gown, and a map can be accessed here to help you navigate the facility.
EVENT DETAILS
- Conference registration/check-in begins on June 6 at 7:00 am Pacific in Town and Gown. Please be sure to pick up your badge – wearing it during the conference provides access to sessions and onsite networking events.
- Dress code for the conference is business casual.
- Breakfast is available on the Town and Gown Patio beginning at 7:00 am Pacific. A Breakfast CPE Session (Artificial Intelligence for CFOs and Controllers | Presented by Riveron) will be held at 7:30 am Pacific. Breaks and lunch will be served, and a Networking and Cocktail Reception will be held immediately following the conference - please join your peers for insightful conversation and camaraderie before you depart.
- Dietary restrictions or food/beverage allergies? Please email us; our priority is to ensure your safety.
- Welcome and Opening Remarks will begin promptly at 8:30 am Pacific.
- For those who are local or not staying at the USC Hotel complimentary parking is available. Simply let the parking gate attendant know that you are attending the conference at Town and Gown.
- An event evaluation will be emailed to you. Please make every effort to complete the survey so we can better serve you. Once reviewed, we’ll send you an email letting you know your CPE credit letter(s) are available.
- CPE-Accredited Conference Session Replays will take place online on June 18 + 19. All attendees will have access to these sessions. The conference session will be available for on demand, non-CPE viewing through October, 2024. Use your conference link to access the recordings.
