FEI has reserved a block of rooms at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa at a rate of $299/night. This reduced rate is available until April 29, 2019 or until the room block sells out, whichever occurs first. We strongly recommend reservations be made early to ensure you secure a room at the reduced room rate. Reservations may be made
online or by calling 407.939.4686 (be sure to mention FEI's Financial Leadership Summit). Phone agents are available to assist 7 days a week from 8:30 am-5:00 pm ET.
Airport Transportation - Disney's Magical Express®
Disney's Magical Express® (DME) is available to eligible Disney Resort Guests, offering complimentary roundtrip transportation and luggage delivery service between Orlando International Airport* and Walt Disney World Resorts. DME motorcoach transportation is available day or night for Guests with advance DME reservations*. The luggage delivery service operates for flights arriving between 5:00 am and 10:00 pm. For airport arrivals after 10:00 pm, Guests collect their luggage at Baggage Claim and transport it with them on the motorcoach.
*Disney's Magical Express services the Orlando International Airport only.
*Guests elect Disney's Magical Express through the Disney Resort Room Reservations Process. Guests must be listed by name on the room reservation to be eligible for Disney's Magical Express. Guests on the same room reservation arriving on different travel dates may be added to the DME Reservation in advance by contacting Disney's Magical Express at 866.599.0951.
