Prior to our panel discussion, Zach Adams, CEO & Chief Problem Solver of GENESIS Consulting Group will present our Professional Development session on The World of Psychometrics

The World of Psychometrics: There is a war on talent, are you ready for the battle? Is your organization ready to fight the great resignation? Do you know how the cost of turnover will impact your organization? Rethink your talent management strategy utilizing psychometrics; Know what they measure, what they don’t measure and how you can use them!

Audience: Executives, people managers, and human resource professionals.

During this fun and interactive 50-minute session with Zach Adams, CEO & Chief Problem Solver of GENESIS Consulting Group, we will explore what impact the Great Resignation is having on our organizations, how it effects our bottom lines, and how we can change our approach to talent management.

You will have an opportunity to experience psychometrics in action first-hand. Prior to the session, all attendees will need to take a brief survey on basic human motivation (takes about 5 minutes to complete). Please click on the following link to complete the online survey: PI Behavioral Assessment. The results of the surveys will be used in our session to demonstrate how to use these analytics to quickly identify the most appropriate way to manage and motivate your staff to maximize their performance. People are unique and need to be managed as such.

The PD Session will begin at 4:00 pm followed by a networking reception from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm. The panel discussion begins at 6:00 pm and concludes at 7:00 pm.
