I can’t believe it’s April already! Hopefully, most of you have been wrapping up your year-end activities and things are settling down. Of course, we have a great lineup of events for the remainder of the program year (more about that in the newsletter).
But more importantly, I wanted to acknowledge that as of the end of March the Tampa Bay Chapter hit 180 active members. This is the largest the Chapter has ever been! We are now double the size of the Atlanta chapter, which puts us in the ranks of chapters like Philadelphia and Los Angeles. Certainly, an impressive achievement and many thanks to the membership committee, our sponsors, and current members who have recommended fellow Tampa Bay financial leaders to join our association.
Several members of our Board will be attending the annual FEI Summit in Houston this May. There, we will share chapter best practices and network with members from other chapters and leaders from FEI National. This will be my fourth time attending. It’s a magnificent event and members are welcome to attend.
We’re also looking for members who are interested in getting more actively involved in our committees. We have openings on our membership committee, programs committee and several others. Please feel free to reach out to any of our chapter leaders for more information. It is a fantastic way to get involved and leverage your membership beyond our normally scheduled monthly meetings.
