Insiders - Who, What, Why, and How to Defend Yourself

Insiders are an age old problem — one that is not going away and technology is making it even easier for insiders to wreak havoc in your organization.
  • Who are these insiders?
  • What are their motivations?
  • Why might they target your organization?
  • How do you defend your organization?

This talk will also discuss the next insider — technology itself: artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and Industry 5.0. The human is not the only insider we need to be concerned with.

Dr. Nicole Beebe has been investigating and researching insider threats since her years in law enforcement over twenty years ago. Now she conducts behavioral and technical research on insider threats and how to detect them.
