Resilience During the Time of Pandemic | How to Have Difficult Conversations With Your Team

The One Skill Applicable to All Challenges: RESILIENCE
Is resilience a natural gift, or is it a learned skill? Does it boil down to behavior, or mindset?

Join us for an opportunity to hear from, question and interact with Author, Speaker and Executive Coach John Klymshyn, where he will break down what Resilience is, where it comes from, and how we might further develop it for ourselves, and for our direct reports.

Klymshyn is known for his practical, insightful, and human approach to professional development. His work with Global Executives (Paris, Barcelona, Stamford Connecticut, Toronto, New York…) digs deep into how the mind works, and the universal Power of Language. “Language, at its core, is music!” Klymshyn says, and his work explores, explains, and clarifies this impassioned statement. From his Audio Book: “Deeper Dialogue; Conversations That Inspire” to his long – running podcasts, Klymshyn speaks with (and to) the Executive looking to connect, develop, and inspire their people.

This session will be part presentation, part Polling interactivity… and will feature TWO Q & A sessions. Attendees will have a unique opportunity to ensure understanding of what is discussed, as Homework will be assigned. Attendees who choose to submit the homework to Coach K will have a private, 20 minute 1:1 with Klymshyn 5 – 7 days after this event, to bring things to a specific, personally applicable level.

FEI is dedicated to attracting and enlisting the help of some of the Top Business Minds available. Tap into what Klymshyn teaches. Laugh, think, apply.
