Virtual Wine Tasting with Acclaimed Santa Barbara Winery, Samsara Wine Company
Join fellow FEI Los Angeles members and partners via Zoom event, as a Samsara Team member explains the winemaking process, their ethos and take our group on a tour of their cellar. They will answer questions from our guests and will even have their winemaker, Matt Brady, hop on to say hi and talk about his personal inspiration for these wines, how he got into winemaking and how special the Sta. Rita Hills are to him. All of their wines are handcrafted with love, and they enjoy any opportunity to share their passion with new friends!
Event fee includes: 2 full bottles of wine shipped to you, wine tasting with a certified sommelier, tour of Samsara’s wine cellar, meet the wine maker and a memorable experience reconnecting with your friends in FEI LA. Registration for this event closes Sunday, May 9.
About Samsara Wine Company
Samsara is a boutique producer (~3000 cases/year) of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Grenache and Syrah sourced from the Sta. Rita Hills region of Santa Barbara County. They partner with sustainably, responsibly farmed, top-tier vineyards and use a minimal intervention approach in the cellar. This means they achieve incredible fruit purity and sense of place by using natural yeasts for fermentation, minimal racking, minimal sulfur/fining/filtering, and high percentages of neutral French Oak and whole-cluster fermentation. SAMsARA has a passion for sustainably made wines that are true to the terroir of our area.
