DEFAULT MEAL | Petite Filet Mignon served with a Green Peppercorn Sauce. Seared Sea Scallops served with Tomato Beurre Blanc. Served with Mascarpone Polenta Cake and Grilled Asparagus.
Alternate Meals
The following alternate meal selections are available upon request to Jackie Dunn by Friday, February 11:
Herb Crusted Chicken served with a Sun-dried Cream Sauce. Grilled Salmon served with a Lemon Butter Caper Sauce. Served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Oven Roasted Vegetables.

COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS
There will be a temperature check at the door.
A signed COVID-19 waiver is required to enter the party. You may print and bring the waiver with you or we will have copies available for completion onsite.
Face coverings are encouraged when not eating or drinking, whether or not you’ve been vaccinated for COVID-19.
If you tested positive or have been around someone who tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days, we ask that you not attend even if you have no symptoms.
