As Chad discusses in this book, “A leader’s confidence comes from within. You must want to be a leader. There are some people in this world who want to be followers. There are some people who want to drive a truck. There are some people who want to lead a fleet of trucks. You have to pursue what you want. If you want to be a leader, then you have to understand what your leadership strengths are. Pay attention to the kind of people who come to you for leadership. That will enable you to create a game plan to reach ultimate success.”
