She is responsible for the strategy and execution of sustainable finance solutions and clean energy banking coverage. Before this role, Ela worked at Bank of America for 15 years, most recently as Head of Business Development ESG & Sustainable Finance in North America. Prior to banking, she worked in healthcare industry for 5 years at GE Healthcare in various product & commercial leadership roles. She is black-belt certified. Ela has a MSc. degree from Purdue University and BSc. from METU in Turkey. Ela serves as Chair of the Board at Bridge to Turkiye Fund, an education focused US non-profit organization serving underprivileged children and youth.

Amy Kramer serves as the Innovation Leader for Maritz.  She joined Maritz in 2007 and has served in a variety of leadership roles within strategy, design, business development and sales, with a common goal of driving growth and innovation. Amy received her degree in Psychology, which has been instrumental in progressing the organization’s foundation of driving and moving people. And fun fact: she is also a Master Designer. Amy has earned several industry awards including the RPI Spotlight Award, Smart Meetings Innovator Award and 2023 Women to Watch. She has also been recognized by Maritz with several performance awards, including its highest honor of Masters. Amy is a creative speaker, innovator, and influencer in our industry. Her passion is servant leadership, innovation, and she brings fun and energy to each project. She loves to travel, explore wine, and spend time with her LARGE family, which includes her husband of 21 years, four children, two dogs and two bearded dragons.

Jacob has more than two decades in sustainability across multiple industries and consulting. Most recently, he led sustainability at SC Johnson. Previously, he managed life cycle assessment and carbon footprint teams and projects at Deloitte Consulting and ERM, including strategy, metrics development, measurement, analysis, and reporting.

Klaus he holds the Thomas G. Ayers Chair in Energy Resource Management at Kellogg. He holds a PhD in Business from the University of Michigan and joined the Kellogg faculty in 2003. He his teaching, research and consulting experience at Kellogg has focused on sustainability transitions, the integration of ESG in management processes and market institutions, and the socio-political environment for corporate sustainability. Klaus helped build and expand Kellogg’s ESG and sustainability curriculum over the last 20 years. He is currently the faculty director of Social Impact and Sustainability at Kellogg and affiliated faculty at the Northwestern Trienens Institute for Sustainability and Energy.

Janis has over 20 years of experience and expertise in reporting strategy, finance and technology process design, risk management and driving continuous improvement for companies. She is a CPA, CMA, and CISA. She is currently a VP within RGP's Project Consulting Services team, leading thought leadership and consultation service development on emerging finance, accounting, and risk issues. Additionally, she is the ESG consultation services leader for RGP and a participating member of the Institute of Management Accountant (IMA) Sustainable Business Management Committee. Previously, she was a Director at RSM US LLP leading global and regional account engagements within the risk consulting practice. Prior to RSM, she was at the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) advocating the importance of accounting and IT to the accounting profession at large.
