Paul Wolfert is a Director in the Regional Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he provides strategic advisory and capital raising services to middle market companies throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. He is based in Houston, Texas.
Paul has more than 10 years of investment banking and corporate valuation experience. Paul opened the Houston office of the Regional Investment Banking Group in 2015.
Mr. Wolfert’srecent transaction experience includes the pending sale of Waitr, Incto LandcadiaHoldings, Inc; advising ThermonGroup Holdings (NYSE:THR) on its acquisition of CCI Thermal; the sale of Stubb’sLegendary Bar-B-Q to McCormick & Co (NYSE:MKC); the sale of Dermstore, LLC to Target Corp (NYSE:TGT); the sale of gloProfessionalto SwanderPace Capital; the sale of Charles River Clinical Services Northwest, Incto Comprehensive Clinical Development, Inc.; the sale of Beauty Brands, LLC to TSG Consumer Partners; the initial public offering and follow-on offerings of Malibu Boats, Inc(NASDAQ:MBUU); the initial public offering of Coty, Inc. (NYSE:COTY); and the follow-on offering of Patrick Industries, Inc(NASDAQ:PATK).
Paul joined Wells Fargo in 2010. He previously spent five years in Wells Fargo’s Consumer & Retail Investment Banking group covering companies across consumer products, food & beverage and retail.
Paul received his B.S. from Louisiana State University, where he was a four year letter winner on the Varsity Basketball Team, and his M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
