Robert Rough is a Managing Director and Founder of Telos Capital Advisors, LLC, a lower middle market investment banking firm in Plano, TX. The firm helps entrepreneurs achieve their financial goals through sell-side representation and debt and equity capital raises for growth, dividend recapitalizations or restructurings.
Prior to entering Investment Banking, Robert served as a C-level executive for venture capital or private equity companies. These included serving as CFO for a 60-store retail grocery chain for the Robert Bass organized $1.7 billion private equity firm Acadia Partners, CFO for the Kleiner Perkins/T.H. Lee Putnam Internet Partners portfolio company Wine.com, and CFO/COO for GHN-Online, a revenue cycle management company in which Ballast Point Ventures had a minority investment. Additionally, Robert co-founded a $100 million private equity firm and thus worked with portfolio company CFOs from that perspective as well.
