Bob Berkus

Bob Berkus is an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan in the Regional Investment Banking group in Los Angeles. Prior to joining the Regional Investment Banking group, Mr. Berkus spent five years in the Basic Materials Group with a focus on industry coverage in Paper & Packaging, Building Products and Distribution. His experience includes several advisory assignments including the sale of Glacier Water to Primo Water, the acquisition of Harris Aerostructures by Albany International, and the spin-off and merger of International Paper’s xpedx division with Unisource Worldwide. Mr. Berkus also has significant experience with equity and debt financing transactions with firms such as Boise Cascade, Caterpillar, Gibraltar, Graphic Packaging, HD Supply, International Paper, Kratos Defense & Security, Plastipak and Univar.
 
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2010, Mr. Berkus was an associate at Johnson Capital Real Estate Investment Banking and a Consultant at Accenture. Mr. Berkus holds an M.B.A. from Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
