Ryan Michalski is the Managing Director, Audit, at KPMG's Milwaukee office. He joined the firm in May 2002 after working from at Arthur Andersen, and has served various manufacturing, distribution, and technology-based clients throughout his career.
Ryan has broad accounting and auditing experience, ranging from large publicly-held and multinational companies to small and medium-sized privately-held organizations. During his career, he has gained extensive SEC reporting experience, including initial public offerings of stock as well as listings, along with annual and quarterly reporting to the SEC. He also has extensive experience in conducting internal control reviews and performing audits of internal control over financial reporting.
