Jonathan Goldblatt

Jonathan Goldblatt is a Managing Director in Kroll's Morristown, NJ office. Jonathan is part of the Valuation Services practice within the Valuation Advisory Services group, as well as a member of the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry practice.

Jonathan has led a myriad of engagements in connection with purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment, and share-based compensation valuation projects for corporate clients and is also involved in the valuation of illiquid securities for healthcare and life sciences related private equity and venture capital funds.  He also has extensive experience with intangible asset and legal entity valuations in connection with gift and estate and large-scale legal entity restructuring projects. Jonathan has deep experience in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry including prescription pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, generic pharmaceuticals, healthcare services, medical devices, healthcare technology, and other related sub-industries.  Jonathan also performs engagements for consumer products, technology, and industrial products companies.  Jonathan's engagement highlights include purchase price allocations for multi-national corporations and private equity firms, legal entity valuations for multi-national corporations in connection with legal entity restructuring, goodwill impairment testing related valuations for numerous healthcare and non-healthcare clients, and the valuation of illiquid securities for .
Jonathan joined Duff & Phelps as a senior associate in 2006.

Jonathan received his M.B.A. in finance and accounting from the Fordham Graduate School of Business and B.A.s in economics and philosophy from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA.
