Ms. Debra Rodgers

Debbie Rodgers, is a sixth generation Texan and a graduate from the University of Texas in Austin. She started D. Rodgers Group, Inc. over 20 years ago with the purpose of empowering individual’s, teams, and organizations, through high level engagement initiatives. She works with leaders to improve overall cultural communication and reframes conflict as an opportunity to strengthen workplace interaction. Debbie’s expertise in helping others create, maintain, and strengthen relational equity, has proven to increase both employee engagement levels as well as client loyalty. She is certified  in the area of Behavioral Analytics as a DISC Coach and in the area of customer metrics, as a Net Promoter Facilitator.  D. Rodgers Group, Inc. is passionate about presenting the collective voice of both employee, and client, providing touch-point prioritizations along with congruency themes and strategies.
