Mr. Kardatzke is an accomplished executive with more than 20 years of strategic-level experience in the technology and services industries. In his current role as Chief Financial Officer of Solstice, Mr. Kardatzke is responsible for all aspects of Finance, Employee Experience, Legal, and IT for this rapidly growing digital innovation firm based in Chicago. During his current role at Solstice, Mr. Kardatzke has helped lead the company during a time of triple-digit growth along with leading a successful sale to St. Ives plc in March of 2015.
Before joining Solstice, Mr. Kardatzke was the Chief Financial Officer for Global Capacity, a Chicago based telecommunications information and logistics company, where he led multiple rounds of fundraising and capital restructuring along with the successful sale of the
company to private equity through a formal Chapter 11 restructuring.
Mr. Kardatzke also co-founded SageTV, LLC, where under his leadership, the company took an early stage software product to market resulting in a successful sale to Google. Prior to SageTV, Mr. Kardatzke held other Director level finance roles at two different
subsidiaries of the Publicis Groupe.
Mr. Kardatzke holds a B.S. in Corporate Finance from the University of Illinois. He currently resides in the western suburbs of Chicago with his wife and two kids and enjoys golf and mountain biking competing in a handful of mountain bike races each year throughout the Midwest. He is also currently serving as the Board Chair for the Volunteers of America of Illinois
