Bill Ulivieri

Bill Ulivieri started his career in 1982 trading equity and index options at the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) and also corn and
soybean futures at the Chicago Board of Trade, under the membership trading acronym “YEA”.

His leadership skills include acting as a CBOE Lead Market Maker and serving on a many procedural committees (e.g. facilities, floor officials,
OEX floor procedure).

From 1998 to 2008, he acted as risk manager and firm trader overseeing a group of “market maker” traders and option specialists groups on all
U.S. option exchanges. During this time, he monitored derivatives and was advisor on over 1,000 stocks with a notional value of almost $1
billion USD for one the most well respected liquidity providers in Chicago.

Bill received his Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst™ designation in 2006 from FI360, the Center for Fiduciary Studies, which
is an industry advocate in promoting investment fiduciary education and prudent standard of care.
Bill’s article “The Future of Retirement Investing” was featured in the prestigious Journal of Financial Planning.

His commitment to independent investment advice is shared with a diverse radio and internet audience on “Business First” with Angela
Miles, the Chicago Board Options Exchange “CBOE-TV”, interviews on the Relevant Radio “Morning Air Show” and the WBBM “Noon
Business Hour” with host Sherman Kaplan.

Additional professional involvement includes teaching derivatives courses at the London Stock Exchange Academy, serving as Committee
Chairman of the Financial Planning Association of Illinois’ Fall Forum. Bill is also a foundational member of The Options Alliance, an
association of financial service entrepreneurs.

Bill is owner and managing director of Cenacle Capital Management, LLC, a state registered investment advisor. He is father to four children,
has one grandchild, and has been happily married since 1986 to his wife, Evelyn.

Bill is a licensed FCC amateur radio operator and supports the local Office of Emergency Management as a reserve volunteer emergency
responder.
