Tim Kilkelly

Tim Kilkelly serves as a Principal of Foundry Commercial and co-leads the company’s Tampa-based Tenant Advisory Services team. Bringing more than 20 years experience to the team, Tim represents a variety of clients including local, national and international office and industrial users.

Tim’s extensive financial analysis, transaction management and negotiating experience has helped him develop both shortterm and long-term strategic real estate solutions for his clients. He has managed client needs throughout the United States including Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, Arkansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, New Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Massachusetts. In addition, he has managed client needs in Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom.

The Tampa team has also facilitated parallel real estate and economic incentive negotiations for a number of local corporate and regionally headquartered clients, which has resulted in the generation of awards in excess of $5 million from both state and local municipalities.

Prior to Foundry Commercial, formerly CNL Commercial Real Estate, Tim co-led the Tenant Representation team at Trammell Crow Company, one of the largest and most prestigious commercial real estate firms in the world at the time. While at Trammell Crow, Tim negotiated and closed numerous deals across the country and was part of the top performing team in the Southeast.

Tim has also served as a real estate expert and guest column writer for a number of notable publications.  Most recently, his published works were featured by Financial Executive magazine and Florida Real Estate Journal.
