Roger Lumpp is a Senior Director of Client Service at Harmer Financial Solutions (HFS) in Chicago. After 10+ years as a consultant in Public Accounting, Roger transitioned into business development helping launch the Chicago branch of Minnesota based staffing firm in 2012. In 2016, Roger was asked by Harmer Associates (a 30+ year old Chicago based boutique search firm) to formalize a practice (HFS) focused on helping new and existing clients with project/interim needs in finance and accounting. Roger is passionate about sharing his experience, research and business development strategies with professionals considering a path or already working in the Professional Gig Economy (a term he developed to describe the higher end spectrum of the broader Gig Economy).
