David Kaye is a Senior Vice President in the Valuation Advisory group.
David has experience providing valuation consulting services in relation to equity, debt, hybrid and derivative securities, as well as intangible assets. David has provided valuation services for both domestic and international clients for a variety of purposes, including financial reporting (US GAAP and IFRS), mergers and acquisitions, corporate and tax planning, as well as litigation support services.
David has served domestic and international clients across a range of industries. As well as valuation consulting services, David has also provided financial consulting services to public companies, pre-IPO companies, as well as early stage entities with regards to matters involving strategic and corporate financing decisions.
