Before launching KEIRUS BY KJE in 2015, Kelley was chief diversity officer for a Fortune 500 organization, where she was instrumental in achieving external recognition and acclaim for linking business innovation and talent development with Inclusion and Diversity.
Kelley is a Hogan-certified executive coach, a graduate of Texas Woman’s University, and author of INFINITE: The Power of Love and EMERGE!. She is a member of the board of directors for KERA Dallas and The Polished Network, and serves on the City of Allen Community Engagement Board.
She previously held advisory roles with INROADS, the Latino Leadership Initiative at SMU Cox School of Business and the March of Dimes of Greater Dallas.
