David Serrano is the Division Director for Robert Half Management Resources in the Greater New York City area. RHMR is the world's premier provider of senior-level professionals on a project and interim basis. In his role, he manages a team, introduces services to prospective clients, builds upon existing client relationships and recruits as well as places senior-level professionals.
Since joining Robert Half in 2009 as a staffing manager, David has transitioned through a variety of roles with increasing leadership across different company divisions including Accountemps and OfficeTeam, both the lead staffing providers in temporary and project-based accounting and administrative talent. David is bilingual in Spanish and holds a Bachelor’s from Villanova University.
