Stephen Deucker is the Vice President & General Manager of the Vision Center at Cirrus Aircraft. In his role, Stephen is responsible for delivering an un-paralleled Cirrus brand experience through the Vision Center as well as leading and training the customer experience team to meet and exceed hospitality standards.
Stephen has over 25 years of experience driving strategic growth, building businesses and leading winning teams in luxury and lifestyle brands through his past positions. He was a Senior Executive with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as well as a leader of their pre-opening team where he created a one-of-a-kind customer experience.
Stephen completed his undergraduate studies at Johnson and Wales University where he double majored in Hospitality Management and Marketing. He earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
