Kathleen Nieder is currently Senior Director, Human Resources and Global Talent Acquisition for Shure Incorporated, a global manufacturer of audio products. In her role she provides strategic direction for global talent acquisition and serves as the HR Business Partner the Company’s Operations, Quality and Finance divisions. Currently she is part of a cross functional team at Shure that has put forth a recommendation to the Executive Staff for Shure’s Future Hybrid Workplace and is working with that team to rollout this program to the business.
She has held roles of increasing responsibility since joining Shure in 2006. Prior to joining Shure she worked for Acco Brands, Spirian Technologies and Dell Professional Services. She’s a graduate of the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.
