Aubrey Allen attended Oakland University, where she played basketball for the Grizzlies and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. For more than 8 years, Aubrey taught mathematics, language arts, and leadership to middle school-aged students. She applied her master’s degree in Teacher Leadership to develop and implement professional development opportunities for the teaching and administrative staff. To initiate positive change and add value to the culture within the student body, Aubrey designed and taught an elective leadership class.
This led to her next endeavor, Aubrey Allen Leadership, an online leadership program for kids that included 14 structured and engaging lessons.
After spending time caring for her young children at home, Aubrey connected with her network to join Purple Squirrel Advisors. Aubrey leverages her communication skills and passion for helping people to recruit executives and guide them through the hiring process for their new opportunity.
During her free time, Aubrey enjoys coaching her kids, cooking, running and biking, and Duke basketball.
