Namee Oberst

Namee Oberst has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. In 1999, they started their career as a Corporate Attorney at Latham & Watkins, where they represented public company and investment banking clients on corporate matters such as M&A transactions and IPOs. They also worked with private companies, venture capital, and private equity clients in financing activities. In 2004, Namee joined USI Holdings Corporation as an Assistant General Counsel, where they managed SEC filings, public regulatory filings, and oversaw numerous M&A transactions. After that, in 2009, they founded Food for Cause, a company aimed at promoting a cause-related food business. In 2015, Namee transitioned to the legal field again, working as an Attorney until 2021. In March 2021, Namee founded AI Bloks, taking on the roles of Founder and later becoming the CEO.

 

Namee Oberst has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, Namee has obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Michigan Law School, specializing in the field of Law.
