Chad joined USI in 2017 in a business development and relationship management role. Chad identifies companies whose risk management objectives would be well served using the resources available through USI’s ONE Advantage as well as ensuring a trusting, long-term relationship exists with current clients.
Prior to joining USI Chad filled a similar role with Marsh & McLennan serving middle-market companies across many industries and risk profiles including manufacturing/industrial, retail/wholesale, chemicals and food & beverage. He maintained this role from 2013-2017 studying the risk profiles of middle-market companies as well as industry trends to deliver timely intelligence and strategies to those he serves.
Chad began his insurance career in a direct writer role with Sentry Insurance from 2007-2013. Chad maintained a client base of manufacturers and distributors in the state of Connecticut responsible for all elements of relationship management.
Chad earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from the University of Delaware. In 2015 Chad also earned his Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation as well as certificates in Cyber Risk Management and Captives. Presently Chad is working towards his PRC (Professional Risk Consultant) designation.
