Max Reid is a solutions engineer for OpenAI based out of New York, focused on ChatGPT Enterprise. I help companies understand LLMs and generative AI from a technical lens, and discuss how OpenAI's product suite can transform their business. This includes helping companies brainstorm ideas, discuss feasibility and integration with technology stacks, and demonstrate key use cases using the product.
Before joining OpenAI, Max worked in the data and analytics space for a business intelligence tool called Looker and then Google Cloud after they were acquired, then spent time in the low-code application space with Retool helping customers build quick applications leveraging AI. Max holds dual bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Economics from Northwestern University.
