Don Sweeney has 25 years of process reengineering and process automation experience and is the co-founder of Ashling Partners, a technology-enabled services firm that drives efficiency gains and business process improvement through Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning, and targeted Artificial Intelligence.
Prior to Ashling Partners, Don founded a company focused on business process optimization, ERP, CRM, BPM, HCM and Analytics. He also served in various roles at Andersen Consulting and PeopleSoft.
Don has a BA in Economics from The University of Michigan. He has completed a number of certifications in Business Process Mapping, Project Management, RPA, and ERP Platforms and has written several articles on process automation and the Future of Work. He has spoken at numerous conferences and academia summits on finance processes and applications, process automation, Artificial Intelligence and symposiums on venture capital for technology organizations.
