As a principal in PwC’s People and Organization practice, David Gunn leads HR Transformation efforts. He brings deep HR strategic and operational experience having most recently served as SVP, Human Resources at The Walt Disney Company. While at Disney, Gunn led the strategic and organizational transformation of HR with Disney’s CHRO. He developed one, global HR strategy for the company and led the build-out of modern capabilities in data/insight, employment branding, workforce technology, employee communications and employee relations. Additionally, Gunn led HR client teams and was the primary HR business partner for all corporate functions and was the point person for M&A. Prior to Disney, Gunn held HR leadership roles at numerous Fortune 100 companies. He lives in Los Angeles.
