Kristin is an experienced executive leader who focuses on what’s next. She has built and lead multiple organizations, served as a thought leader for a fortune 500 company, contributed to several startups, and offered insights to business consulting clients looking to strategically solve problems.
As the current Senior Vice President and Practice Leader for the Huntington Insurance Employee Benefits Group, she drives overall Employee Benefits Strategy for the agency and consults with large group clients looking to balance high financial performance with highly engaged people. She currently leads a Practice towards record breaking growth and improved profitability.
She is starting her 18th year as a business consultant and her 3rd year as an executive leader. Some of the Midwest’s most notable companies depend on her for strategic business consulting, and as an executive leader she has dramatically outperformed every peer group target and every professional metric she has been measured against.
However, more important to her than any career success, is her personal passion for service. She strives to purposefully invest in and serve others in a meaningful way. Her success is a result of the good she does (and inspires in) others. As you can infer from her history of community work, serving is not an obligation or a simple box check. Serving others is the core of who she is. The people around her, her clients, the individuals and groups she supports, and our community are better because of it.
