Jim joined Lockton Companies in 2013 as a Senior Vice President responsible for new client development and retention. Jim’s role is to help clients solve business problems and achieve objectives through carefully designed and well-implemented insurance programs. He serves as a business expert and relationship manager for his clients.
Jim has extensive expertise in health plan strategy development, cost management, financial analytics, underwriting, and contract negotiations. His specialty is in helping clients evaluate risks to their most important assets, and creating comprehensive strategies to protect and gain greater returns on their insurance spend.
Jim manages a team of Lockton insurance experts, and through sound understanding of his clients’ business and their unique needs and challenges, he finds solutions aligned with their objectives.
