McKenzie Doss currently serves as Vice President of Commercial Banking at The Bank of Austin. She started her career in banking in 2013 by joining the Leadership Development Program at her predecessor bank in North Carolina. In May 2021 she joined The Bank of Austin as a Relationship Manager and Vice President of Commercial Banking, servicing a $275 million Commercial Lending portfolio focused on Commercial and Industrial clients. She holds a B.B.A. from the University of Georgia, serves as an Advisory Board Member for Beam Network, serves on the Austin Under 40 committee, and has been a “big sister” volunteer for the past eight years at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
