Mike McConnell is a Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager for Texas Capital Bank’s Middle Market Banking team. He develops new deposit, treasury management, and lending relationships with Austin-area middle market companies and the owners and executives of those companies. Clients include manufacturers, service companies, non-profits, wholesalers, and retailers. Typical middle market clients generate annual revenue of $20 million to $250 million.
Mike joined Texas Capital Bank in 2009 and has 30+ years of commercial banking experience, including seven years with Bank One in Houston and Austin, and 11 years with Guaranty Bank in Austin.
Mike is an Austin native and graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University in 1989, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He currently teaches Junior Achievement curriculum to junior high school students, financial literacy to adult skilled trade students through Skillpoint Alliance, and serves on the board of the Central Texas Chapter of the Risk Management Association.
