Allison Patti-Oliveira is an Audit & Assurance partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP who specializes in the financial services industry and is the Lead Client Service Partner for two multi-national financial services companies. Allison most recently led our Greater tri-state Accounting and Reporting Advisory group and is currently a partner on Deloitte’s National SPAC team. Allison specializes in complex accounting and reporting matters, including IPO’s, merger and acquisitions, dispositions, Up-C and SPAC structures as well as internal controls. Allison was a Professional Accounting Fellow in the SEC’s Office of the Chief Accountant and also spent several years as a partner in Deloitte’s National Office Accounting and Reporting
