Lee Benson

Lee Benson is the founder and CEO of ETW (Execute to Win), a Phoenix based company that helps organizations drive alignment to winning behaviors and performance to drive sustainable winning results.  Benson specializes in helping CEO’s grow their organizations faster and more profitably by connecting all employees to Strategy, creating an intentional culture that connects to measurably improved business results, and giving managers a tool to manage more effectively in less than half the time.

Benson started his career as the first employee in a small company providing specialty- electroplating services to repair aircraft components. Benson purchased the company 1993 after losing all of their business overnight.  Benson went on to found Able Engineering & Component Services in 1995 and Able Aerospace in 1999.  Benson is CEO of both Able Engineering and Able Aerospace collocated in a state of the art 200,000 sq ft facility at the Phoenix-Mesa-Gateway Airport.

During his 30+ years of building successful companies, Benson developed a business management operating system to grow his companies faster and more profitably.  In 2011, Jack Welch, former CEO of General Electric (voted CEO of the Century), reviewed Benson’s management system and said, “that’s the best business management system I have ever seen”
