Patrick Driscoll

Pat Driscoll leads Americas Order to Cash and Global Customer Experience as part of the Customer and Finance Support (CFS) organization.  His team is responsible for customer credit, order entry, invoicing, collections and cash application for the Americas.  Other responsibilities include global operations for customer care, transformational program management, large customer experience, and  working capital solutions. 

He joined Dell in 1999 and has held multiple executive positions across finance, sales operations, quality, procurement, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, services, and program management.  He was one of the executives that established Dell’s Singapore Design Center and lived on assignment in Asia for 3 years while leading operations for the Software and Peripherals business unit.  

Mr. Driscoll has over 30 years of experience driving strategic change while delivering operational results. Prior to Dell, he held several Sr. Management positions in Manufacturing and Aerospace Design at Motorola and McDonnel Douglas. He holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas and a MBA from the University of Houston.
