Based in Phoenix, he has over 20 years of business experience working with a variety of organizations and industries to enhance their business performance through developing a differentiated employee experience and designing efficient organizations.
Prior to joining Protiviti, Mr. Maxwell was a leader of various businesses at Willis Towers Watson where he spent over 20 years working closely with some of the world’s largest and most complex organizations.
