William ‘Bill’ Lacey, Partner has over 25 plus years in the Employee Benefit Industry and has garnered experience from working with insurance companies, third party administrators, as a consultant and in the insurance brokerage field. Mr. Lacey has an extensive background with fully insured and self-funded medical plans, managed care programs and the development of plan design and contribution strategies. His expertise lies in mergers & acquisitions, healthcare cost savings initiatives, LOA/FMLA Processes and Life & Disability programs for large corporations. In addition, Bill is an expert in ACA/Federal Healthcare Reform. Bill’s industry involvement covers a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, technology, entertainment, retail and financial services. He also sits on the advisory council for several insurance companies and is a member of the CIAB (Council of Insurance Brokers and Consultants), SWBA (Southwest Benefits Association), DFWBGH (Dallas Ft. Worth Business Group on Health). He is an equity partner of Plexus and is located in their Dallas office, which he opened in 2004. Bill graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Southern Methodist University and is licensed for both Healthcare and Property & Casualty.
